She submitted the photos which show her face having facial bruising. According to Amber, Depp had “violently” attacked her by throwing a mobile phone with extreme force as he was in a rage. Amber Heard had some serious allegations against Depp. She claimed that she had to face excessive emotional, verbal, and physical abuses and even angry, hostile, humiliating, and threatening assaults, all resulting in her allegation that Johny Depp was doing domestic violence against her. This time Depp even seemed to take the help of best-known libel barristers in the country to prove the claims put forward by the newspaper Sun were untrue. Recently, Depp’s lawyers appealed the November 2020 judgment on the grounds that Amber Heard’s pledge to donate her $7 million divorce settlement to charity was a manipulative lie, which influenced the original trial judge. they are using the evidence, such as the donated a total of $550,000, which she donated to the ACLU and the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, since the couple’s divorce back in 2016. In reply, Heard’s legal team stated that she has done nothing dishonest with her donations. To support this, Heard’s attorneys provided their own evidence. In this, they say that Amber has, in fact, donated a total of $950,000 to the ACLU. Along with that, she even donated to the Children’s Hospital through anonymous donors, which is worth around $850,000. Heard publicly stated that she would donate her $7 million divorce settlement to charity. And in which, the money would go to the ACLU and the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
